Do you use AI in your designs?
We do NOT use AI to create our designs. They are inspired by the beautiful surroundings we live in and hand-crafted through sweat and pixels in Adobe Illustrator.
We may use AI for product photos where taking photos is not feasible to give you a better idea of what the product will look like.
Where are your products manufactured?
As a small business, we do not handle the printing of your orders internally (yet). Every order is printed to the highest standard by our trusted printing partners in Granby, Quebec.
Can you create a custom design for me?
Of course, we would love to hear your ideas and we can discuss creating something just for you!

How do I take care of my products?
To keep your clothing looking their best:
- Wash inside out with similar colors.
- Use cold water and mild detergent.
- Hang dry.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Do not iron directly over printed areas.
Following these steps ensures the longest possible life and color vibrancy for your garments.
Ordering & Shipping
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if we have not started production yet. Orders are reviewed and approved for production hourly. Depending on when your order was placed, you have between 5 minutes and 1 hour to cancel.
What is the return policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll exchange your shirt. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Make sure the items are unworn and unwashed. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of C$9.50 across Canada.
How long until my order arrives?
We will work swiftly to ship your order promptly. After shipping, you'll get an email with more details. Typically, your order will be ready for shipping in 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.
Can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email that will show you your tracking number.
What happens if my order arrived damaged/defective?
If a product arrives with a printing defect, wrong print, wrong size or damage:
- Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.
Attach clear photos showing the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll reship the order at no cost.
We don’t require the damaged product to be sent back, photos are sufficient.
The tracking shows my order as delivered but I did not get it?
Unfortunately, if a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Printeez cannot reprint or refund it.
We recommend checking with neighbours or your local post office.
What happens if an order is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no movement or delivery scan within 30 days of shipment, contact us via email at hi@114west.ca.
Our team will investigate and reprint or reship your order at no cost if it's confirmed lost.
